Design Inspirations for the WG01
For IEMs, a secure seal is often the most important factor towards a positive listening experience. Everyone's ear canals are of different shapes, sizes and lengths, and the depth at which the eartips are worn will also cause differences in the acoustic space formed by the earphones and ear canal, causing more differences in the sound finally heard.
Therefore, we designed the WG01 wave guided liquid silicone eartips WG01, which utilize a skin friendly liquid silicone material (as also used in baby milk teats) that is highly sound isolating, allowing good isolation even when worn at a shallow depth, thus upgrading the listening experience.
The special design of the inner tubing is such that it can suppress irregular standing waves and sound reflections even when worn in the irregular shaped ear canal, to guide sound transmission with low distortion.
WG01 Design Summary
Skin friendly, highly transparent, highly sound isolating, reducing volume difference in acoustic transmission and suppressing irregular standing waves and sound reflections thanks to the waveguide design found in eartips for the first time thanks to HiBy, with unique inner tubing design.
