Addicted To Audio prides itself on customer service and prompt delivery. As such we only ship out using Express* delivery. We use Australia Post’s Express Post eParcel service along with Australian Air Express' (AAE) Premium Air Express* service for deliveries.
All orders are shipped complete, and you will be updated on the status of your order. If payment is received before 1:00pm Melbourne time (excluding Weekends and Public holidays) goods are despatched same day.
With our Express* shipping service, with the exception of PO Boxes, someone must be available to accept delivery on the designated date of delivery. We will send you an email when your order has shipped, and you will be able to track it at the following websites www.auspost.com.au/track and on the AAE website (www.aae.com.au). If you are not available to accept and sign for the delivery, we recommend that you nominate a delivery date when placing your order online, or provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for your delivery, please also provide the company name.
If the courier attempts delivery and no-one is available to sign the goods will be taken to the local post office for collection and suitable photo identification will be required to collect your order.

We delivery to physical addresses within Australia, along with PO Boxes. You will need to provide identification and sign for the delivery. When delivering to physical addresses goods cannot be left without a signature.
Once payment is confirmed and cleared, your order will ship the same day providing all items are in stock, and your order is received by 1:00 pm on business days.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we recommend payment by credit card, to ensure there are no delays with your payment being received.
You are welcome to pick-up your order from our office located in Kew East, Victoria. Pick-up is only available on normal store trading hours excluding Victorian public holidays. When placing an order online, please let us know in the special instructions that you would like to pick-up your order.
Items that are simply not wanted or incorrectly ordered will need to be shipped via registered post, and returned to Addicted To Audio, orders will incur a 20% restocking fee, and an in-store credit will be issued. Returned items must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in original condition.
Defective items will be replaced with a like item, upon return.
Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective items after 7 days. It may be a requirement to return the defective goods directly to the distributor, manufacturer, or an accredited service agent.
We do not accept returns for refund or account credit of:
Any items returned more than 7 days after the shipment date.
Any items that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, security seal tampered), unsealed or non-defective.
Any items not in their original condition, are damaged, have been used, or are missing parts.
Please do not send Addicted To Audio any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. They will be freighted back to the customer at their own cost. Please choose carefully as Addicted To Audio cannot exchange products for change of heart reasons. We pride ourselves on only selling brand new unopened products.
Should you return items that were placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
Addicted To Audio will notify you via email of your store credit once we have received and processed your returned items. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Addicted To Audio receiving your return in the form of the original payment method.
To return goods, you will need to:
Ensure that your items meet the return requirements of the Addicted To Audio return policy listed above.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the reason for your return. Please include your full contact details purchase information including invoice number, and date purchased.
Wait for a reply email from Addicted To Audio giving you approval and a 'Returns Authority' number for your return.
Write down the supplied 'Returns Authority' number on a copy of the invoice of the items and include this with your return.

Please ensure you send your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked and you have adequate insurance cover. Addicted To Audio will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during a return.
