The MOON 341 is an entirely analog integrated amplifier designed to satisfy listeners who value a lifetime of musical purity. It combines a fully balanced analog preamplifier, a high-current Class AB power amplifier, and a configurable phono stage within a single chassis. It delivers the performance of separate components while preserving simplicity and ease of use with a wide range of analog sources.
Part of the Compass Collection, the 341 was conceived around a straightforward philosophy: preserve the integrity of the analog signal from source to loudspeaker. Its preamplifier section features precision volume control, four RCA inputs—including one dedicated phono input—and one balanced XLR input. The phono stage can be configured to support both MM and MC cartridges, preserving tonal accuracy, dynamic contrast,
and natural harmonics.
The MOON 341 is designed to provide a stable, controlled and expressive performance with a wide range of loudspeakers. The 800 W MOON Hybrid Power (MHP) supply incorporates active power factor correction. It is designed to provide the amplification circuits with stable, low-noise power while accommodating the changing current demands associated with musical transients. This architecture contributes to consistent performance and coherent dynamic reproduction. The 341 also takes advantage of MOON Distortion Cancelling Amplifier (MDCA) technology developed over decades of research in high-performance amplification, and features proprietary bipolar transistors, delivering 100 W per channel into 8 Ω and 200 W per channel into 4 Ω, with a damping factor of 425.
The 341 supports MOONLink connectivity through two Ethernet ports, a USB service port for firmware updates offline, and a 6.75” display. It is supplied with the aluminum CRM-4 infrared remote control and is compatible with the premium BRM-1 Bluetooth remote control (sold separately).
