Experience Classy Bass, Immersive Stage with Hybrid Setup
DUNU Vulkan 2 packs an eight-driver hybrid setup on each side. It includes dual dynamic drivers combined with six high-performance balanced armature drivers. Experience a rich, dynamic sound profile with the Vulkan 2. The pair produces a strong, sensational lower-end thanks to this dual DD setup, Additionally, the BA setup reproduces vocals and instruments with a rich and musical tonality. The overall sound response of the Vulkan 2 is very engaging and captivating. It sounds charming and complements different genres of music like Pop, Vocal Ballads, Rock, J-Pop, etc.
Advanced Four-Way Frequency Crossover
In order to produce clean sound with each driver unit here, DUNU has featured a carefully designed four-way frequency crossover design. It’s a hybrid physical+electronic crossover with four fully independent acoustic channels dedicated to sub-bass, bass, mids, and treble, with a further enhanced, precise electronic crossover. The pair adopts independent 10mm and 8mm dynamic driver units for independent sub-bass and bass regions. With customized Knowles dual BA driver setup, the Vulkan 2 produces an exceptional midrange response. Additionally, Vulkan2 also features four customized balanced armature drivers for crisp, defined, and extended treble region. This hybrid crossover ensures accurate frequency division with smooth transitions between frequency bands and a highly consistent, coherent sound response.
Deep-Diving Solid Bass Punch
DUNU has crafted the Vulkan2 with great precision. The 10mm Sub-bass and 8mm Bass dynamic drivers have got their own dedicated fully isolated acoustic chambers. Unlike the coaxial or parallel dual-dynamic driver designs, this physically separated chamber layout eliminates mutual interference and unlocks next-level bass performance on the Vulkan 2. The pair sounds fuller, deeper, and fully-articulated lower-end response. It extends well into the sub-bass section and packs a strong punch in the mid-bass section as well.
CNC-Machined Aerospace-Grade Aluminium Alloy Shells
DUNU has crafted the ear shells of Vulkan 2 from high-quality aerospace-grade aluminium alloy material. They have a premium, exquisite finish with a warm champagne gold tone. The shells are crafted using a high-precision CNC machining process. The pair blends exquisite design with classy aesthetics.
Premium High-Purity Stock Cable
DUNU has crafted the stock cable of the Vulkan 2 with high-purity silver-plated monocrystalline copper wire cores in a Litz configuration. It delivers a smooth, refined, and rich sound profile with excellent signal integrity. It features a patented Q-Lock Mini interchangeable connector system with 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs included in the package.
