The TH808 is a premium headphone crafted from Fostex's top-tier open-type model, TH909. It is meticulously tuned and features a high-grade black walnut solid wood housing with aluminium etched parts and equipped with a proprietary technology in-house made “BIODYNA” diaphragm driver unit.
Each unit undergoes careful assembly at our facility in Japan.

The removable connector on the headphone body, as well as the detachable connector terminal, are both rhodium-plated terminals.
Rhodium plating is renowned for its durability, resistance to wear, and ability to protect against corrosion.

Both the headphone cable and the removable connector on the headphone body come with a detachable rhodium-plated connector terminal, recognised for its durability, resistance to wear, and protection against corrosion. A balanced connection can be achieved using an XLR-terminal cable (ET-H3.0N7BL), available for purchase separately.
Ear pad:
The earpads, identical to those on the TH909, are crafted from meticulously chosen high-grade synthetic leather, ensuring a pleasant touch and a comfortable fit even during extended wear. Additionally, the low-resilience cushions contour behind the ears seamlessly, minimising sound leakage.
